Responsibilities may include:

  • Conduct Market Research: Assisting in researching industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform marketing and sales strategies.
  • Customer Analysis: Identifying target audience segments and gathering insights into customer preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Data Collection: Compiling and analyzing data related to customer demographics, buying habits, and market demand using tools such as Google Analytics, SurveyMonkey, or CRM systems.
  • Identifying Leads: Assisting in identifying potential customers through various channels such as social media, industry events, trade shows, and online research.
  • Outreach: Supporting sales teams by reaching out to potential customers via email, phone calls, or social media to introduce products or services and generate interest.
  • Sales Presentations: Supporting the preparation of sales pitches, presentations, and proposals for potential clients, customizing them to address specific client needs.
  • Social Media Marketing: Assisting in managing the company’s social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Client Interaction: Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with existing clients by providing timely responses to inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering post-sales support.
  • Account Management: Supporting the sales team in managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Client Feedback: Gathering customer feedback and reporting insights to help improve the company’s products or services and customer service.

Reporting: Creating regular reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales efforts, and providing recommendations to improve results.
