1.      Internship Position – You can forward us a job description highlighting the tasks and duties the intern will be required to perform. Alternatively, you can set up a brief online meeting with our Internship Coordinators who can assist you in preparing the right job description. We can be contacted at [email protected]

2.      Selecting the right candidate – Internships Worldwide will feature your job description on its website and social media platforms. We will also send out the job description to our extensive database.

We will then screen all candidates who show interest in the position in order to identify the most suitable intern for your company. This process involves reviewing all candidate CV’s and carrying out a series of online meetings in order to identify each candidate’s needs analysis.

3.      Selection complete – Internships Worldwide will send you a short list of student CV’s.

4.      Option to Interview the shortlisted candidates – Although not mandatory you will have the opportunity to interview the candidates online or ask them to carry out a brief task related to the job description in order to assess their capabilities.

5.      Company selects the Intern – You will select the most appropriate intern based on the online interview or task exercise carried out. Internships Worldwide will send you a Tri-Party agreement to list any necessary important information including the tasks the intern will carry out. This agreement will be signed by all parties.

6.      Internships Worldwide will accompany the student on their first day – We will accompany the student on their first day which will give us a chance to meet you as well as introduce the intern. We will follow up on the intern’s progress and also be of assistance to you at any point throughout the students internship.
