Host Family
Dublin, the capital of Ireland, is a vibrant and welcoming city known for its rich history, friendly atmosphere, and strong cultural heritage. Located on the east coast along the River Liffey, Dublin combines historic landmarks with a modern European lifestyle, making it an exciting place for students and young professionals.
The city is home to world-famous attractions such as Trinity College, Dublin Castle, and the lively Temple Bar district. Dublin also offers a thriving business environment with many international companies and start-ups based in the city, creating excellent opportunities for internships and professional experience.
With its compact city centre, excellent public transport network, and lively social scene, Dublin is easy to explore and offers a unique blend of culture, education, and career opportunities. Whether enjoying its historic streets, parks, museums, or vibrant cafés and music venues, Dublin provides an unforgettable experience for visitors and interns alike.
We offer host family accommodation across Dublin, providing interns with a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. Staying with a host family allows students to experience Irish culture while living in a safe and supportive home setting.

- Twin Room

- Self-contained studios in host family gardens

Bed linen and towels are provided and changed once a week,
One day for laundry selected for the laundry & Wi-Fi at no extra costs.
CENTRAL HEATING AND THE IRISH WEATHER
The weather can be quite cold and rainy in Ireland at certain times of the year. During the colder months many hosts only put the heating on for a couple of hours in the morning and then again in the evening. We strongly advise students to bring plenty of warm clothes, as hosts will not have the heating on for 10 hours a day, so be prepared! Students can always ask for extra blankets if they are cold
Our hosts’ homes vary in location and are spread all over Dublin and throughout Ireland. The commute could take from 45 mins to 1hr.20 mins from the hosts’ homes to work placements. You can take the bus, train or trams and use travel cards to get around.
