Responsibilities may include:

  • Source candidates using resume databases, networking, internet job boards, cold calling, media advertising, and employee referrals
  • Work with HRIS systems to ensure accuracy and coordinate personal information to upper management
  • Facilitate in payroll process including entering deductions, preparing/sorting all print payroll checks, and updating employee information
  • Construct detailed position descriptions for newly create openings and audit existing position descriptions
